How does the FAI Vantage Club 10 Year Ticket Agreement work?

You will pay a one-off fee and an annual fee.The one-off fee is due in 2 installments of 50%.
The 10-year term starts shortly before the first FAI event at the stadium and the first annual fee will be due shortly before this time.

What events will a FAI Vantage Club 10 Year Ticket entitle me to attend?

You will receive one ticket per seat purchased for the following designated events:

• Every Ireland Senior Home International
• The FAI Ford Senior Cup Final

Do I have an option on any other events taking place at the stadium?

Yes, you will also have an option to purchase tickets for other world class events held in the Stadium, including concerts.
It is important to note that it is extremely unlikely that you will get "your" specific seats for option events. This is due to circumstances such as changes in stadium configuration for concerts, but you will be guaranteed the option to purchase one general admission ticket per each Vantage Club 10-year seat you hold.
For Tender Events (e.g. a UEFA Cup final) and Excluded Events (e.g. IRFU Events) if the FAI receives any ticket allocation or entitlement from the relevant event holder, we will notify you of the details and opportunities for purchasing tickets. We cannot guarantee to you the availability of tickets for any such event.

What will my seat be like?

Your seat will be on an exclusive tier of the Stadium. The FAI Vantage Club Premium Concourse (Level 2 & Box Level 4) is entirely dedicated to Vantage Club 10 year ticket holders. Vantage Club seats are wider than the general admission seats and they are padded.

How are seats allocated?

When you receive your Ticket Agreement you will have been provisionally allocated a seat within your chosen seat category. The seat location will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets are being sold in designated areas of the stadium, but the exact seat numbers and rows cannot be guaranteed until the seats have been installed in the Stadium.

What if I do not like my seat location?

Subject to availability, we will attempt to find you an alternative seat location within the same category.

How do I pay for my FAI Vantage Club seats?

You pay a one-off fee (in 2 installments of 50%) plus an annual term fee.
The first 50% of the initial fee is due 28 days after receiving confirmation of your order and your invoice.
The second 50% of the initial fee is due by 31st October 2009. The 10-year term starts shortly before the first FAI event at the stadium and the first annual fee will be due shortly before this time.
You can pay by cheque, bank draft, bank transfer, Postal Order, Laser or Debit Card.

What happens if I do not return my Ticket Agreement within 28 days?

If you do not return your Ticket Agreement signed within the 28 days, this may have an impact on the category of seat that is available to you or you may lose your allocation altogether.

What happens if I do not meet my payment dates?

If you do not pay by a scheduled payment datethen your Ticket Agreement may be terminated without refund and you will be refused entry to the Stadium.

What if I do not want to attend an event that is included in my agreement?

You can pass (but not sell) your ticket(s) on to a person of your choice who can attend in your place. If you would prefer to sell your ticket you can ask us to do this on your behalf. If we can sell the ticket then you will receive the proceeds (the amount of which we cannot guarantee) less an administration fee of 15%. We aren't able to guarantee that we will be able to resell your ticket(s) for every event you are unable to attend as the facility to resell is subject to demand from other 10year ticket holders.

In what circumstances can I sell my Ticket Agreement?

If at any time you want to surrender or sell your Ticket Agreement for the remainder of the term then you must inform us and we will try to resell it on your behalf if all the other seats in the same category as yours have already been sold. We can't guarantee that we will be able to resell your Ticket Agreement but if we can, you will receive the proceeds less an administration fee of 15%.

Can I sell my Ticket Agreement or event / match ticket(s) myself?

No. We would like to offer these to other Vantage Club 10-year ticket holders. We also need to remain in control of the use of Vantage Club seats.

What happens if I try to sell my Ticket Agreement or ticket(s) for a particular event myself, rather than through the FAI?

You will be in breach of your Ticket Agreement and any ticket(s) will be rendered void. We will also be entitled to terminate your Ticket Agreement.

Is VAT payable?

No, VAT is not payable on tickets at this time. If there is any change to VAT legislation we will notify you.

Will I receive a reminder of payment?

Yes, payment requests will be sent to you in advance of payment due dates.

Can I buy FAI Vantage Club ten-year seats on a match by match basis?

No.

Why is a FAI Vantage Club 10-year ticket different to a general admission ticket?

A 10 Year ticket entitles you to the following:

• A ticket to all Senior Ireland Home Internationals and the FAI Ford Senior Cup Final
• Privileged access to purchase tickets for a host of other world class events, including concerts
• Access to the stadium's only licensed bars and cafes for designated events.
• Dedicated Account Management Team
• Private entrance with lifts and escalators to the premium concourse
• The opportunity to resell your tickets, through the FAI, if you cannot attend an event
• The facility to resell your Ticket Agreement, through the FAI
• Official Match Day Programme and wide, padded seat
• Access to merchandising outlets and betting facilities
• Access to tickets and / or facilities that may become available to other prestigious sporting and entertainment venues
• Inclusion in the FAI block-booking scheme for Republic of Ireland Senior matches that are played at Croke Park until the New Stadium opens
• First option to renew at the end of the 10-year period on the terms prevailing at that time.

Are children allowed in the FAI Vantage Club?

Yes, providing they have a valid Vantage Club match ticket. If they do not have this then they will not be granted entry to either the stadium or exclusive concourse. This is applicable to all guests, regardless of age. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the smoking policy?

The Stadium will operate a non-smoking policy in accordance with Irish law.

Will there be disabled access to the FAI Vantage Club concourse?

Yes.
The new stadium will have a limited number of allocated wheelchair seats and these are subject to availability. Please call the Vantage Club Account Management Team on 1890 20 2010 to discuss your requirements.

Will parking be provided for FAI Vantage Club customers?

There is no parking provided for Vantage Club 10 year ticket holders or those with general admission tickets.

What happens to my Ticket Agreement should I die?

The Ticket Agreement can be passed on as part of your estate.
